Return Policy

At Armory Outfitters, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. No Returns on Firearms and Ammunition: Due to safety regulations and legal restrictions, we do not accept returns on firearms and ammunition. All sales of these items are final.
2. Special Orders: For items that are special ordered, a restocking fee of 25% will apply if returned. All special orders must be confirmed before processing. 
3. General Returns: All other items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Armory Outfitters within the 30-day window. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
